Jeffrey converses with Dale Pond, a presenter at the recent International Conference on Science and Consciousness in Santa Fe.

Dale is a renaissance man with a diversified general background in chemistry, physics, mechanical engineering, machinery, metal working and tool making, computers, mathematics, acoustics, hydrodynamics, geometry, music, and common law.

His experience includes technical writing, farming, lecturing, corporate training, business, metal and wood working, manufacturing, publishing and authoring scientific and philosophical journals and books.

He also is the maker of Dynaspheres.

According to Dale, The Dynasphere created by scientist John Keely worked 100 years ago in front of hundreds of credible witnesses which included the best engineers and scientists of that time. The dynasphere he is developing today is somewhat different from that period, but will work as well as the one made by Keely.

The fundamental functional principles in the Dynasphere are not generally recognized by orthodox and dogmatic science, However these principles are simple and more or less easy to explain to others because there is a great deal in the Dynasphere that is recognized by orthodoxy.

Dale says it helps if the audience knows something about vibrational physics to understand the dynasphere. It would take a book or two to explain everything there is to know about dynasphere’s, but let it suffice here, for brevity’s sake, to say that this device is a ’scalar’ developer (phase-conjugate polarizer) and differentiator (refractive modulator) in only one aspect of its construction and interactive functions.

Nothing like it is known anywhere to Dale’s knowledge, and he says that “Scalar” is an insufficient term in the sense that it conveys an incomplete concept of the awesome phenomena that this device can manifest. However, the descriptive term “scalar” does serve the function to help one understand an important aspect of what this device can do.
Here, John Keely’s terminology will serve us better.

This complex and dynamic state of energy is really a neutral state which manifests with bipolar (positive/negative) characteristics. Motion or liberated force comes from the interplay of these three states all of which originate from the Full Harmonic Chord or what Dale calls the Grand or Prime Neutral. This is also the so-called Zero-Point energy state, again a poor descriptive term because of it’s limited meaning. The word vacuum is good as long as one keeps in mind that there is no such thing as a pure vacuum in existence.

Dale is at the leading edge of new paradigm thinking as he has been able to show that vibration/oscillation is the principle underlying all things. Vibration/oscillation is the essential link between spirit and matter – and is the magic key for creating new experiences, worlds and universes.

As an internationally renowned lecturer, Dale has presented workshops and seminars at the Swiss Association for Free Energy Conference, the International Keely Conferences, Sound and Vibration Conference, International Symposium on New Science, International Forum on New Energy, United States Psychotronics Association Conference, the Alchemy of Sound Conference, Science and Consciousness Conferences, TeslaTech Conferences and many others.

Paul’s graduate degrees in public administration and psychology are from Harvard University (MPA in 1974) and Florida State University (MS in 1962), from which he also received his BA (Phi Beta Kappa) in 1961. From 1962 to 1965, he was on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a line officer, and he served in active reserve assignments as an intelligence officer.

As a U.S. Foreign Service Officer in the Department of State from 1965 until 1979, Paul served in diplomatic posts in France, Martinique, Sierra Leone, and the Dominican Republic. He also served in various management and policy positions in Washington, DC, during this period.

Paul was the founding CEO of the Washington-based nonprofit Delphi International (1979-1995). In this capacity he designed and directed international educational exchange, training, and development programs involving over one hundred countries.

In his long career, Paul has carried on an active program of cross-cultural research in the fields of psychology, anomalous human experiences, and frontier science. He is, or has been, an active member of the American Foreign Service Association, the American Political Science Association, the Association for Global New Thought, the Federation of American Scientists, the Institute of Noetic Sciences, the International Association for New Science, Mensa, the Twilight Club, the World Future Society, and many others. He currently writes in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains near Dahlonega, Georgia when not traveling for research and public presentations.

In this interview, Paul discusses his latest book The Soul Genome, which has just been released. Jeffrey converses with Peter Russell, a fellow of the Institute of Noetic Sciences, The World Business Academy and The Findhorn Foundation, and an Honorary Member of The Club of Budapest.

At Cambridge University (UK), he studied mathematics and theoretical physics. Then, as he became increasingly fascinated by the mysteries of the human mind he changed to experimental psychology. His principal interest is the deeper, spiritual significance of the times we are passing through. As one of the more revolutionary futurists Peter Russell has been a keynote speaker at many international conferences, in Europe, Japan and the USA. Jeffrey converses with author Jennifer Morgan. Seismic cultural change has often been initiated by individuals of vision and tenacity who were placed at the right place at the right time. Jennifer has spent a great deal of time perfecting some magnificent children’s books on the origins of the universe that are beautifully illustrated, brilliantly written and critically acclaimed by leaders as extremely relevant and enlightening alike.

Jennifer’s work as a storyteller, author, educator and environmental advocate flows out of her love of the natural world and cosmology. As former director of the Northeast Organic Farming Association of New Jersey, she started local and national programs for farmers and consumers. In 1996, she took the Earth Literacy program in cosmology and evolution at Genesis Farm, Blairstown, NJ. It so inspired her that she went on to take classes in cosmology and evolution at Princeton University. In sharing what she learned with her six year old son, she discovered that children are intensely interested in the story of the universe. He wanted to know more and more, even the texture of the edge of the Universe. Jennifer consulted with numerous physicists, biologists and anthropologists regarding science concepts and, over time, bedtime conversations with her son turned into books. “Science is handing us an origin story,” she says, “and we’ve only barely begun to understand its mythic dimensions.” She believes that cosmology stories profoundly shape our relationships, work, play, culture, and institutions. Her first book won Learning Magazine’s Teachers Choice Award and both books received the highest review ratings from AAAS (American Association for the Advancement of Science).

Her Trilogy “Born with a Bang”,From Lava to Life” and “Mammals who Morph” convey complex scientific information without diminishing the mystery and wonder and communicate the intrinsic part we as humanity play in the unfolding and evolving story of our universe.

The trilogies’ illustrator Dana Lynn Andersen of Santa Rosa, California, is a multimedia artist, playwright and teacher with degrees in philosophy and consciousness studies. Her paintings, often very large in size, explore the swirling forces of energy that underlie matter and seek to reveal life’s numinous mystery. She believes that as our “depth perception” expands — billions of galaxies discovered in our lifetime! — it is also essential to expand perception inwardly to the vastness within. She is founder of Awakening Arts, a network of artists who “affirm the noble purpose of art as a vehicle for uplifting the human spirit.” Dana provides programs and hands-on projects that have students creating like the Universe.

This trilogy should be in every school across our nation as well as library for they truly open a new chapter in educational history where the magic and mystery of our universe is combined with hard science to create a tale that brings the open minds of children into a greater understanding of who they are and how we all are part of the universe and it’s grand story.

Jeffrey has been a writer, television host and producer, psychotherapist, businessman and researcher of extraordinary human capacities and psychic abilities.

Since 1988, Jeffrey’s weekly television program, Thinking Allowed, has been shown throughout the United States featuring hundreds of interviews with leading figures in psychology, philosophy, science, health and spirituality. It is currently shown throughout North America on the Wisdom Channel — and is also streamed on the internet via the Wisdom Media Group.

Jeffrey holds a unique doctoral diploma in “Parapsychology” from the University of California at Berkeley. Awarded in 1980, it remains the only doctoral diploma in parapsychology ever awarded by an accredited, American university. He currently serves as Dean of Programs for the newly created University of Philosophical Research affiliated with the Philosophical Research Society of Los Angeles. This unique college program offers masters degrees in consciousness studies and transformational psychology.

In 1999, Jeffrey wrote a book called The PK Man: A True Story of Mind Over Matter. He is author of three previous books. The Roots of Consciousness: Psychic Exploration Through History, Science and Experience was originally published in 1975 by Random House. Since then it has been widely used as a college text for introductory courses in consciousness exploration. A second, revised edition was published in 1993 by Council Oak Books of Tulsa, OK. His second book, Psi Development Systems, based on his doctoral dissertation was released in 1983 as a Ballantine paperback. It is an evaluation of ancient and modern methods for training extrasensory abilities. His third book, Thinking Allowed, released by Council Oak Books, is a collection of thirty-two interviews from his television series.

Jeffrey is also a past-president of the California Society for Psychical Study and past-vice-president of the Association for Humanistic Psychology. In 2001, the Association presented him with its “Pathfinder Award” for his outstanding contributions to the field of consciousness exploration. He is currently a member of the American Psychological Association and the Parapsychological Association.
